Before you sign up
Do I have to pay to put my gym on the map?
No. Signup, profile, front-desk QR code, and manual invites (10 per day) are free forever on the Starter plan. You only subscribe to Partner when you want daily automation and a featured pin.
Does the voucher I offer cost anything Movase charges me for?
No. You choose and cover the cost of the incentive (day pass, trial class, weekend pass, etc.) — Movase only charges for the invite and automation tool, never for the perk itself.
How does it work for gyms joining now?
The first 50 gyms join as a Founding Partner automatically at signup — no case-by-case decision: full Partner plan free until the first voucher is redeemed at the front desk, then a price locked forever — R$69.00/month instead of R$99.00. After spot 50, signup stays open, at list price.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
